Supply chain management is the management of all the activities in business networks. This means managing the resources and relationships of not just your own company but also your suppliers and your customers. It is key to competitive advantage and is a very different way of thinking about business. This module will give students skills in managing supply chain issues, critical thinking, and analysing different practices and theory.
