FDSC10010 Food Diet and Health
REVIEWSMODULE INFO
Easy elective as its just three MCQs and all online, however the bell curve is ridiculous and you may get screwed over. I got an A+ in every MCQ and my overall grade was a B+. Emailed lecturer about this and no help or adjustment was provided, I was just told that's the way it goes, which is a joke. Easy to do well but if you want an A+ I would avoid because of this situation
Handy elective with a lot of common knowledge you’d already know if you’ve any interest in health! DO NOT do food diet & health 2 though as the lecturer is known for being unhelpful, rude and marks extremely hard and doesn’t listen to any questions you may have
Module coordinator doesn’t respond to emails and when she does she avoids your questions, group assessment has nothing to do with the actual course half the time
Easiest A ever.
It is an easy elective module, content is all in the notes and exam is all MCQ. If you have access to a question bank somewhere, it's basically a free A. And you get to learn what vitamins you need, what diets are rubbish, and most importantly how not to kill yourself of food poisoning when cooking for the first time.
It is a good elective module as well as interesting. The material is easy to understand and remember
