The module is designed to provide students with an opportunity to explore critical areas of international human resources management. Student will attend classes on core topic. These will include: globalisation and multinationals; strategy, structure and HRM in multinationals; managing across cultures; employee voice and union recognition; recruiting and selecting international managers; reward and performance management systems in MNCs. They will also a team-based assignment related to these topics.
