LAW20380 Property Law II
This 5-credit module builds on the knowledge and skills established in Property Law I. Students will acquire knowledge in property law and further develop their doctrinal, theoretical and analytical skills.
Students will examine the law relating to discrete areas of Property Law, including mortgages, easements, freehold covenants, co-ownership and landlord and tenant. The module is delivered in a blended manner: there will be weekly 'live' sessions via Zoom, for which students prepare using the materials provided on Brightspace. These weekly sessions will be interactive and students are expected to be fully prepared. Students will also have 4 tutorials throughout the trimester, which are scheduled to take place 'in-person' if health restrictions allow.
There will be short MCQs via Brightspace throughout the semester (worth 10%). The end-of-semester assessment will be an exam worth 90%, graded in accordance with the UCD Grade Descriptors.

REVIEWSMODULE INFO
This is one of the modules where you have to attend every class. Everything is examinable. The last lecture, which not very many people attended, was one of the four questions on the exam. The male lecturer is good at explaining things, the females explanations were subpar. (Still trying to figure out if they are siblings or married)
