MATH10200 Matrix Algebra

This is an introductory module in matrix algebra designed for computer science students. A course outline is as follows: Systems of linear equations (solving systems of linear equations, in/consistent solutions, solution sets), Matrix Operations (addition and multiplication of matrices, properties of matrix operations (assoc., dist. Laws etc), transpose, trace, inverse, determinant, partitioned matrices), and applications. Students may be introduced to a mathematics software system.

Depends if the person likes maths or not. However you don't want to fall behind in this module! This is completely new way of doing maths comparing to Leaving Cert. Content not too hard tho once you go. Maths Support Centre helped me a lot too so visit them
