MDSA20210 Molecules in Medicine 2
This is a core module for the BHMED 001 Medicine programme. The module is designed to give students an understanding of the molecular and metabolic mechanisms that underlie the essential functions of cells and tissues. Topics covered include the structure and function of themacromolecules essential for life, how they are synthesized and degraded and how they provide the energy for all cellular and bodily processes. Key concepts in DNA replication and protein synthesis; protein structure and function; energy generation and utilization; metabolic pathways and theirregulation will be explored. The application of these concepts in health and disease will also be examined.

REVIEWSMODULE INFO
In my opinion, the last 2 lecturers you have are good. Their lecture notes are sufficient. But, the first lecturer you will get is not that good. His lecture notes lack detail and always requires extra reading (at times, disorganised)
